Almería falls below one hundred cases, but adds four deaths
It is the Andalusian province that registers the least positives on this day
After the sharp rise in the number of infections yesterday, this Friday the coronavirus gives a small respite to the province, although clouded with the four new deaths registered in the last 24 hours.
Almería is this day the Andalusian province with fewer new positives, adding 72 infections.
Andalusia registers 1,017 cases of Covid-19 coronavirus this Friday, 366 less than the day before and 145 less than last Friday.
By provinces, Malaga leads the number of positives, with 187, followed by Seville with 160, Granada with 157, Jaén with 156, Cádiz with 115, Córdoba with 95, Huelva with 75 and Almería with 72.
With these figures, the community reduces its incidence rate of Covid-19 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days by 1.8 points on this day to 134.9.
Almería already adds, with the data from this Friday, 20,176 infections since the beginning of the pandemic, detected through PCR tests, antigen tests and rapid tests.
Again, the province has to mourn new deaths, four of the 42 deaths that Andalusia registers in the last 24 hours. A total of 265 people with coronavirus have already lost their lives in Almería.
Granada ranks as the province that registers the most deaths, with ten, followed by Seville with eight, Malaga with six, Jaén with five, Almería and Córdoba with four each, Cádiz with three and Huelva with two.
The deaths of this day in Andalusia exceed 15 at 27 on the eve and are also higher than 34 last Friday.
This Friday, the Government delegate in Almería of the Junta de Andalucía, Maribel Sánchez, reported the complicated situation in the hospitals of the province, in which there are currently 103 admissions, 30 of them in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) .
A total of 15,755 have already overcome the disease in Almería, after adding the 351 patients cured in the last 24 hours.
