In this line, the councilor responsible for the Area of Public Works, Services and Maintenance, José Andrés Cano, explained that "it is a protocol of reservation and operation of the service in fixed hours that will enable the citizen to request, with a time in advance 24 hours, request the bus stop at certain points. This service will be provided according to the level of the same, the established calendar and the pre-fixed schedules ". The new contract has also brought the establishment of new rates and prices, in addition to very advantageous bonds for those who use the urban bus more frequently. Thus, it should be noted that the prices of ordinary tickets will maintain their price; that is to say; 1.33 euros the ticket. In the case of pensioners and the youth group, the same thing will happen, the price of 1.01 euros will be retained, and those users with a disability higher than 33% will pay 0.67 euros. It should be noted that cheaper special rates have been provided for people who are unemployed, this being in the first case of 0.93 euros and in the second case of 1.13 euros. In the case of students, something similar will happen. For them, the ticket has been provided at only 1.01 euros. People with a disability greater than 66% and those who have a retirement card will still be exempt from payment.

In this case a monthly voucher has been fixed through which the ticket of a trip will go to 0.67 euros. There will be 30 trips, in this case each of them will cost 1.04 euros; and that of 10 trips, will go to 1.20 euros.
