Last night I tried out the Chick Peas and Langostine recipe that Inés and Juan Carlos gave us a while ago. You can see the recipe here.
As you can see ours at the top didn´t quite come out the same as we included the optional spinach. Nevertheless I thought it was a fantastic recipe when I was eating dinner last night. Thanks to Inés and Juan Carlos.

Yum, it was great John, and we have more for our dinner tonight as there was plenty left over from yesterday. Enjoyed the spinach in it
